Book Review :: Under the Sea Holy Bible

I am happy to be reviewing the Under the Sea Holy Bible by Zondervan! This is such a cute Bible for children ages 6 to 10. It’s sure to be popular with “Finding Nemo” fans.

I think this Bible is a perfect starter Bible for boys and girls. It isn’t overly bulky, so it will be fairly easy for children to find what they are looking for.  It is hardcover, making it more durable for being carried around by little ones.  We do “Bible Drills” in our church on Sunday evenings. Both adults and students participate in this, however, our Pastor has special drills just for the younger students so that they have a fighting chance….. I prefer to take a Bible that is NOT a study Bible for our Bible drills, as it is much easier to find your Book, chapter, and verse. The Under the Sea Holy Bible is perfect for this!

You may purchase this Bible here: NIrV, Under the Sea Holy Bible, Hardcover

I also love the full color pages throughout the Bible.

Books of the Bible

I also love the fact that this Bible has been written in an easy for kids to read and understand translation, the NIrV, New Internation Reader’s Version.

Zondervan’s description: The Under the Sea Holy Bible, NIrV is a perfect gift for children ages 6 to 10. Themes of underwater fun and sparkling fish grace the interior of this wonderful children’s Bible.  The outside is covered in foil and sparkle. The interior has color inserts featuring whimsical underwater scenes with themes of God’s care and love for each of us and all of creation.

The publisher provided me with a complimentary copy of this book through FlyBy Promotions in exchange for an honest review. All views expressed are my own. I have included a link to purchase this book through my Amazon Affiliate links. If you purchase this book using my link the book will still cost you the same, but I will receive a small commission.
